We apologise that the camera is still not live. Despite numerous contacts with eir regarding the issue with our broadband they are being less than helpful and are refusing to engage in acknowledging the fault is on their system.
For those of you who are tech savvy
The issue is the router can see the Broadband but cannot pick up an ip address from Eir thus cannot connect the router to the internet. (We have a fixed ip address connected to the church line.)
Please be assured we are anxious to get the camera up and running as quickly as possible.
